Arroyo Seco Junior High School
Arroyo Seco Junior High School is part of the William S. Hart Unified High School District in Santa Clarita, California. Arroyo Seco serves approximately 1,200 seventh and eighth grade students in the suburbs of Los Angeles. The school has received honorable awards such as the title as a National Blue Ribbon School and a California Distiguished School for it's committment to excellence.
Students come from a variety of elementary schools within the Santa Clarita Valley and most students continue to Saugus High School upon completing their junior high curriculum.
In regards to fine art, Arroyo Seco Junior High is a strong supporter of the arts with classes in Band, Orchestra, Jazz, Choir, Exploratory Music, Ceramics, Art, Culinary Art, and Drama.
The success of the music program is due to the hard work of the administration, the parents, the community, the educators, staff, and most importantly, the students.

Kevin Fulleman is a life long musician. From learning piano from his mother starting in kindergarten, to picking up his grandfather's tenor saxophone in middle school, and beyond.
Mr. Fulleman is a Hart District alumnus himself, having performed in many different groups while holding leadership positions such as Tri-M (music honor society) president, band president, and section leader. Mr. Fulleman received his Bachelor of Arts in music as well as his teaching credential from Cal State University Northridge. He even worked as a music editor for T.V. and film composer Kevin Kiner on shows such as Star Wars Rebels, Making A Murderer, Jane the Virgin, Transformers: Robots in Disguise, and more. Mr. Fulleman believes that music education is vital to the success of all students academically and personally. He strives to improve himself in his own music education, to better help provide a strong foundation for the appreciation and understanding of music. Mr. Fulleman is proud to be a part of the Arroyo Seco conquistador family! |
